SHIPPING POLICY
You items will be shipped as soon as they are made! Please pay attention to processing times on our Instagram bio. They are shipped with USPS First Class Mail and usually take ~3-5 days to be delivered in the US once shipped. Shipping to Canada can take up to 2 weeks.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the personalized nature of our products we cannot accept returns. Each tag takes a lot of time spent handcrafting to make and we cannot refund our time. If your tag becomes damaged for any reason you can message us to discuss. Situations where a refund cannot be given would be for a chewed tag (please supervise your pets while wearing and do not use more than one attachment ring), scratched tags (clay & resin are not 100% scratch proof- if you are going to be in a situation where your dog's tag could be scratched please remove it), & lost tags. Situations where a refund or replacement could be discussed would be fading paint, tag falling out of the bezel, etc.

We take electronic payments via Wix payments and PayPal which are both backed by an SSL certificate to keep your information safe. We may expand to more payment methods in the future.
